Dear All,

It is with great sadness that we share the news of our dad George's passing this past Sunday, June 7th.

He passed away peacefully after a six year battle with cancer. Remarkably, when first diagnosed he was given just one year to live, but he totally blew that prognosis out of the water. On borrowed time, he witnessed his two sons get married, and had 6 grandchildren!
...And he filed over 2,000 tax returns.

We know that seeing you all every tax season was a major part of what kept him going. He truly loved his clients. You all brought such richness and diversity to his life – countless laughs and stories and mutual frustration with the IRS that filled the basement office for over three decades.

The wake will be held Thursday, June 11th, from 4pm-8pm at Farrah Funeral Home in Lawrence, and the funeral will be Friday, June 12, at 10am at St. Anthony Maronite Church in Lawrence, followed by burial at St. Anthony Cemetery on Route 113 in Methuen and a mercy meal back at the church hall. You are invited to attend any or all of the events.
